Frequent washing is essential to the life of waterproof/breathable garments. Dirt and sweat build up results in fabric delaminating and/or seam tape peeling. These instructions are a general guide. Always check the care instructions on garment label before taking any of these steps.
- Machine-wash warm (40C), using non-detergent soap such as Nikwax Tech Wash
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not use chlorine bleach
- Tumble-dry warm
- Dry clean: follow manufacturer's instructions. If professionally dry-cleaned, request clear, distilled solvent rinse and spray repellent
- Hand wash in warm water
- Use non-detergent soap such as Nikwax Tech Wash
- Line dry out of direct sunlight
- Do not dry clean
- Do not use bleach
- Do not iron or tumble dry
